Payment & Cancelation Policies
Payment Information
Payment is expected at the time of service unless arranged prior to the appointment. Billing is based on 1/2 hour increments and services are billed for hours scheduled. Residential services have two and three hour minimums depending on the service type. Major credit and debit cards, cash, venmo, and cashier's checks are all accepted. Past due invoices are subject to a late fee of 10% after 10 days, and an additional 10% every 7 days following.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a set appointment time are subject to a $90 cancellation fee, with the exception of quote appointments.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule please contact us as soon as possible. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 days before the appointment day. Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours may be subject to cancelation fees.
